The Sparkle Foundation is a non-profit organisation that solely aims at community development. It work focuses on human interaction, communication and development of leaders, teams and organisations in the civil society.

We believe that humans and organisations know their own reality the best and therefore hold the answers to their challenges themselves. Our role is to facilitate a new perspective on the reality that opens up for new possibilities.

 

We achieve change and empower people, organisations and communities through involving people in dialogue, reflection and action, and trough this stimulate continuous learning.

 

We seek to find the best connections between the goals of our partners and the individual ambitions of people. By this we ensure outstanding results to which all involved feel related, both in organisations as well as communities.

The home page of The Sparkle is being updated at the moment. The reason for this is that the activities that were not close to the aims of the foundation, are being transferred to a new structure, called In Dialogue. The home page of that new structure will soon be launched at www.in-dialogue.org
