The Sparkle is an international network of experienced development consultants various parts of Europe. It is legally based in The Netherlands (stichting) and Denmark (forening), in the cities of Rotterdam and Copenhagen.
It works with experienced consultants and trainers, who stand for the quality of The Sparkle, when they are sent out to deliver trainings in/ for organisations, networks or communities. The consultants work within the mission and the approach of The Sparkle when stimulating learning, development, creativity and change. To ensure a dynamic organisation, which can respond in an inclusive way to a great set of requests, The Sparkle values diversity of experience as well as of cultural and educational background among its consultants.
The Sparkle operates globally through creating a sense of belonging, innovation, and empowerment in local communities in different parts of the world as well as on international projects. All consultants have extensive international experience, are trained in applying their competences in culturally sensitive ways. Moreover The Sparkle has partners in a wide range of countries, who might offer support in the implementation of projects, which can fully meet local needs and create sustainable solutions.
